Tis the Season!

Since we are knee-deep in the hoopla here at Weech Financial, I will keep my comments brief this month. First, a hearty thanks to all our clients for your patronage – we appreciate you choosing us to handle your tax and accounting needs! For those who are not yet clients, we look forward to hopefully working with you soon.

Hopefully, you have chosen well with your NCAA basketball tournament bracket picks – good luck!

In case you weren’t keeping track, the fiduciary, corporation and individual tax return initial 2016 filing deadline is only four weeks from this coming Tuesday (April 18th). The initial 2016 filing deadline for partnerships and S-corporations was on Wednesday this week (March 15th). If you are a continuing or new client to Weech Financial, we must receive all your documents and information by March 31st in order for us to complete the returns before the April filing deadline. Of course, the sooner you provide your documents, the better.

Throughout the year and especially during the tax filing season, I always try to keep in mind the following phrase: “F-E-A-R has two meanings: ‘Forget Everything And Run’ or ‘Face Everything And Rise'”. I choose the latter and I hope you do, too.

If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact us.
