About Weech Financial

Mark Weech established Weech Financial, PLLC in January 2007. Prior to that, he was a partner in another local CPA practice for four years. Mark has over 30 years of experience in public accounting and the firm specializes in tax and accounting consultation and tax return preparation services. Mark is a native of Arizona.

Weech Financial, PLLC focuses on tax and accounting services which allows us to provide superior service in these areas without being distracted by the time demands of other service areas such as audit and review that would otherwise divide our attention. Because our time is devoted solely to taxes and accounting, our clients know that they will receive our undivided attention to their needs in these areas.

At Weech Financial, PLLC we pride ourselves in being responsive to the needs of our clients and in providing innovative solutions and strategies that produce tax efficiencies and savings. We are constantly sharpening our knowledge of the latest tax law changes and incorporating these changes into the tax planning model we utilize for our clients. We strongly believe that proper tax planning in advance produces results far superior to the “after the fact” tax preparation services that are all too common among other accountants today.

Our Team

Mark Weech (Managing Member)
Mark established Weech Financial, PLLC in January 2007. Prior to that, he was a partner in another local CPA practice for four years. Mark has over 30 years of experience in public accounting. He is a native of Arizona. Mark earned his associates degree in business administration from Eastern Arizona College and graduated magna cum laude from Arizona State University in 1995 with a degree in Accountancy. He became a Certified Public Accountant in 1996, passing the CPA exam on the first attempt. Mark is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants as well as the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Adam Tolman (Tax Partner)
Adam became a partner at Weech Financial, PLLC in 2022 after working for Weech Financial from 2007-10. He also worked at several other public accounting firms, including Arthur Andersen and Deloitte. He graduated from Arizona State University in 1999 with a degree in Accountancy and in 2001 with a masters degree in Taxation. Adam has more than 20 years of experience with tax issues related to a variety of small businesses and how they impact the business owners.
